She has a proven track record of integrated talent management, expertise in strategic human resource planning, risk management, labor relations, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) issues with a solid record of coaching leadership teams to improve HR performance and results. Heather has conducted numerous third-party personnel investigations, and she is a trained HR Auditor, conducting organizational HR due diligence audits in large corporations as well as small to midsize entities; she is a certified DiSC practitioner and executive coach. We have provided specific assistance to veterans transitioning into the civilian workplace. These programs have included guiding companies on hiring and developing veterans as well as training managers on how to effectively onboard fully engaged employees.
We have built relationships with local schools through assisting deans, professors and career services teams with mock interviewing, resume writing, and job search coaching for their students, to include presenting seminars and holding workshops.
